In the event of a legal dispute, proceedings and/or a request from a competent state authority, moidom.eu may retain your data for longer than the periods indicated, until the dispute or proceedings before all instances have been finally concluded.

We store your data on our servers and on servers hosted by third parties. We have contracts with our hosting service providers that include obligations relating to safeguarding the organisational and technical security of personal data.

The period for examining the request/application and issuing a decision on it is up to 60 days from receipt of the request/application, without undue delay.

Moidom.eu will prepare a written response and communicate it to you personally – against signature or by sending it to you via a courier company with acknowledgement of receipt, taking into account your preferred form for providing the information.

Where the data do not exist or their provision is prohibited by law, you will be refused access to them.

In the event that moidom.eu does not respond to your request for access to personal data within the prescribed periods, or you are not satisfied with the response received and/or you consider that your rights relating to the protection of personal data have been infringed, you have the opportunity to exercise your right of protection through judicial or administrative channels.
